We only collect and show the bare minimum needed to help you find your lost card safely. Your privacy is our priority.

We don't log your searches

When you search for a name or ID number, we check the registry instantly. We do not keep a history of what you typed or track your search history after you close the page, unless you choose to set up a notification alert for future matches. Your search data is not stored or shared with any third parties.

Your full details are hidden

We don't collect or store full document information to the public web. We only collect and show minor details (like name and partial id number) so you know it's yours without exposing your private data.

Strict pickup verification

No one can just walk in and claim your document. The station agent will only hand over the physical card after checking absolute proof that you are the rightful owner.

Deleted after collection

The moment you pick up your document and sign for it at the collection point, its tracking data is completely deleted from our online search system.
